The VHS Music Boosters helps financially support the Vintage High Instrumental and Choral music programs. We do this with fundraising throughout the school year. Our fundraising efforts are vital to the music programs. The proceeds from our fundraisers pay for music-related items, such as:
- Instruments
- Bus services for field trips
- Equipment
- Supplies
- Piano lab instruction and other clinicians
- Uniforms/patches/apparel
- Uniform dry cleaning
- Sheet music
- Music folders
- Music stands
- Copy machine maintenance
- Copy paper
- Event supplies, fees and insurance
- Substitute teachers
- Video production of concerts
- and many more items
Our annual fundraisers are:
- Program Advertisement Sponsorships
- BINGO - every Sunday, year-round
- Popcorn Sales - Football home games
Our largest fundraiser is BINGO, which is held every Sunday at the Napa Valley Expo. Bingo raises the majority of our annual revenue to cover all the music items mentioned above!
